Butterfly Daydreams!

I have a mani with tattoos again.....I am loving this look!

2 coats of a Believe Beauty Purply-Pink....I can't remember the color (long week, sorry!)

I had a bit of bubbling with this-you might be able to see it in this picture-

I had forgotten to take a picture and you can see I had already put a layering polish over my pinkie-woops!

Above, my new polish called What Halo?! In the light box, you can see all the golden shimmer.
Below-under just an Ott light, it looks a bit different.
Butterfly tattoos! They were in the center of the tattoo sheet-otherwise my fingers would have been all a flutter with butterflies!

Below, my right hand-not too bad considering I am right handed, and taking a picture with my left hand is a bugger, lol! Any lefties out there notice all the darn cameras are made for righties?!
This was a really lovely mani that I was sad to remove....so sparkly and cheerful!

Take care and here are two parting picture for kicks and giggles...

This is  my Nova...she brought her ball in on my bed and was determined it wouldn't sneak away on her again! ( I hate this blanket but it was cheap and I needed one!)
Who else has a black pet that is nearly impossible to photograph? GAH!

Below, little miss Dove (who is tremendously skittish) found NIRVANA. She made her own bed in my box of hand-carded alpaca fleece, and I didn't have the heart to make her leave it.

Take care, all!

Mari Moon Chameleon

I will apologize ahead of time for the messiness of this mani. I wasn't feeling very good and basically did it as quick and easy as possible...so in other words-MESSY! I really needed to re-do the gel nails underneath and file down some length, but that wasn't gonna happen!

One coat of Sally Hansen Black Out, Poshe in between, with one coat of Mari Moon Chameleon over the top. This polish is stunning, my pictures don't do it justice! Every way I turned my hands, I kept seeing different colors. Here are a few!

 Purple, Woot!

WOW, that green is stunning! and the most prominent color of the polish.
In this last picture, it almost looks like a beige sparkle, but I couldn't catch the purple/plum shade that was paired with this color...it was elusive, lol! The company sure pegged this color right on! At some point, I want to get a better picture of this, but I was not up to the task that day. I bought this at Llarowe's site, and I love it!
One more little bit of fun...a picture of one of our alpacas, Tom Sawyer. He is a bit over a year old and that fleece he has is longer than my fingers (and they are long fingers!). Later this spring, we will be shearing Tom and his cousin. Tom is the talker of the two boys and it is fun to work with him. At least he wasn't the one that kicked me!
Awwww, his nose is so soft.....

Happy Birthday with Ozotic 534!

Yup, today is my birthday and my family has spoiled me. I am extremely lucky and feeling only moderately old, hehehehehe!
I went to my mom-in-law's house to help her with her young alpacas and trim their hooves. The alpacas are about a year and a half old, and getting to be quite bundle of fleece! What made me feel pretty darn good, was being able to get the larger alpaca (aka Tom Sawyer) down to the ground with minimum fuss when my 21 year old daughter could not...YAY for Moms with Muscle!!

OK, I will get on to the mani *grins cheesily*
My present to me...Ozotic 534 over black . Whoo-Hoo! Thank-Heaven for llarowe.com! That site is amazing!
1 coat SH Black Out, 1 coat of Ozotic 534...sit back and drool...

Under artificial (Ott) lighting, above..

With a little bit of natural light, above and below. You can see one of the offset colors. It really didn't give me lobster/corpse fingers...my camera simply didn't know WHAT to make of actual sunshine this time of year hehehehe....

OK...below-what happens to an awesome birthday mani after wrestling outside in the cold with spitting alpacas (yes, they really DO spit). However, they are so darn adorable, I can ignore that...
Not bad, really...I expected a broken fingernail, to be honest. This is long for my nails. So thanks to Loodie and all the other awesome bloggers that have helped me gain stronger nails and better looking hands!
