Whoops, catch-up!

Who all out there finds summertime incredibly busy?! Here, a lot of things are saved for summer because of the cold/snow.
So, I am going to spam you with more pictures and less comment-hope that's ok :)

New change purse... Too fun! Yes, I am a bit weird, lol!
Checking our hives for new eggs... What's that you say, " where's the mani's?!"
OK, here you go :)

I posted these on my 6 Harts Facebook page... Lovely Cynthia of Alter Ego gifted me with Sun Goddess! There are holo bits in there, but I couldn't capture them! So gorgeous!
Nail Nation 3000, Rad, 2 coats with a temp tattoo.... I love bright yellows and greens! Bought this one in an Autism fundraiser auction :)

This ^^ is one of mine... Limited edition really, because carmine is the base color and it's not cruelty-free.... I love it, but damn it frustrated me! Didn't make or sell very many because of that.
I shall let you free now, thanks for following-take care and hug your loved ones, furry or not!

Remember, I'm on Facebook and Instagram under: 6harts!

Another Mani Spam-Fest!

Not going to apologize this time...especially since it sounds like mani spam is a GOOD thing!

My Esty store is finally picking up, but that means a bit less time for fun blogging, lol! The jewelry isn't selling, but that's ok...it will be mine if it doesn't go, lol...(that is the biggest benefit of making your own jewelry!)

This is what I am wearing right now...First time trying the stripe-ing tape, and I am loving it...
Orly Winter Wonderland over white...pure heaven.
I was so happy with how this turned out-below, my right hand even turned out good!

Next......
Two of my polishes sponged over black....I was playing with the stripeing tape...not very noticeable, though...

Below, Sinful Colors Slate...yummy color, but I couldn't leave it alone....
I sponged half..I was going to try some crazy ass design stamped down the middle...

Stamped...not well, and I stamped over the silver with the blue-green that I used for sponging...meh...

Below, Zoya Gaia, 2 coats of loveliness...

Now, for one of my lemmings...Candeo Mallard-Stunning, especially over Gaia. You can see the gold underneath *sigh*

Under regular light....*sigh*
OK, Kitten pics...

Playing catch-up!

I plan on spamming everyone with many pictures, lol! Hope no one minds-if you are curious about a polish and I haven't listed it...ask, and I shall find what I used!

First hmmm, maybe my pink/Breast Cancer Awareness manis... I know, October is over, but they were still great manis!

Above, Sally Hansen Twisted Pink with  diluted Nina Ultra Pro holo topcoat that spoke to me...
That's the full-strength version below, with my new all time Zoya Holy Grail topcoat. If you have bought any of these new NUP polishes in this different bottle...the brush is unbelievably HUGE! My poor skinny pinkie was swamped...

The Polish Hoochie introduced me to the Seche Ultra V-Best thing for slow drying Zoyas---I can now really love Zoyas!

Below, I can't remember if this was Sinful Colors...but I think it is...pretty slate gray with a blue-ish sheen to it. I stamped over it using LeaLAC stamping plates and Konad special pink stamping polish
Below... I think I used the diluted NUP holo polish (above)...not totally sure, though...But I liked it!
Below, my very first successful water marble!! Whoo-hoo! I used my 6Harts Secret Galaxy for the blue you see. I know I used my dotting tool a bit much, but that is ok, I guess, I was very proud of the result!
One last mani...My best friend gave me a Zoya that just  wasn't her color (not sure I believe her!) and here is my mani for the fist time using the Seche Ultra V....this was stamp-able in under 10 minutes, I was SO happy! Such a vibrant color, I thought, but clean-up was bugger...

Ok, slide show over...I hope you liked these!

Veterans' Day Mani & Other Fun!

Ok, I have been absent from my blog (guilty as charged...) but trust me...the nails have been polished! I am going to spam you with manis and some new kitten pics.

I have never mentioned this on my blog, but I have one son and he is an Army Veteran and I am immensely proud of him. We are making home made pizzas tomorrow for Veterans' Day for him.
I decided I would do a special mani for the day!

By the way I am just as proud of my three strong daughters also...My mother raised me to be a strong woman and my daughters are all that way as well :0)

OK, on to the mani!

The holographic sparkle is Hits Disco Ball-a $2 sale polish, whoo-hoo!

 Can you see the holo-goodness?

Ok, now KITTY!

Rowan was TIRED!
Now more mani spammi!

Above, Contrary Polish Fire-brand from a scratch & Dent from Llarowe -can you see that amazing purple flash being sneaky on my index finger?....I was a very bad polish fiend in October...

Candeo Voodoo and Girly Bits Howl At The Moon all over black. I was REALLY bad...Bad Twinks...

Essie Marshmallow with a Nina Ultra Pro "watered-down" holo topcoat and Sally Girl pink cheap glitter
This was one of my October Breast Cancer Awareness manis-lovely pink glitter bomb

Now, more FUR BABIES!!

My Nova-Dog with Rowan

Take care and make sure you tell your loved ones how important they are to you...even if the are furry!
(What do you think of the new blog look?)

Butterfly Daydreams!

I have a mani with tattoos again.....I am loving this look!

2 coats of a Believe Beauty Purply-Pink....I can't remember the color (long week, sorry!)

I had a bit of bubbling with this-you might be able to see it in this picture-

I had forgotten to take a picture and you can see I had already put a layering polish over my pinkie-woops!

Above, my new polish called What Halo?! In the light box, you can see all the golden shimmer.
Below-under just an Ott light, it looks a bit different.
Butterfly tattoos! They were in the center of the tattoo sheet-otherwise my fingers would have been all a flutter with butterflies!

Below, my right hand-not too bad considering I am right handed, and taking a picture with my left hand is a bugger, lol! Any lefties out there notice all the darn cameras are made for righties?!
This was a really lovely mani that I was sad to remove....so sparkly and cheerful!

Take care and here are two parting picture for kicks and giggles...

This is  my Nova...she brought her ball in on my bed and was determined it wouldn't sneak away on her again! ( I hate this blanket but it was cheap and I needed one!)
Who else has a black pet that is nearly impossible to photograph? GAH!

Below, little miss Dove (who is tremendously skittish) found NIRVANA. She made her own bed in my box of hand-carded alpaca fleece, and I didn't have the heart to make her leave it.

Take care, all!

3 Best Friends That Anyone Could Have...drool!

OK, since I make my own polishes, I like to try others to see how mine stacks up against them...plus, some are just stunning!

Dollish Polish - 3 Best Friends That Anyone Could Have is a really DENSE glitter polish with a clear base. I wanted to be able to wear it over colors and see plenty of color...so I took my glitter suspension base and made a tiny bottle of a less glittery version. I was so glad I did! I can see all the lovely bits better!

Below, 2 coats of Midnight Mystery from a Ross Dress For Less polish pack. These are fabulous little polishes and I wish I could grab bigger versions of them...really going to miss a few. This is a great one...and it did NOT stain!

Ahhh, there is that pic! Believe Beauty brand! The collection looks LESS blue in real life, if that makes sense. Midnight Mystery is in the lower row next to the black...it's much deeper and darker IRL.

That little beige-y one is another fave, lol!

Ok, now for the slightly watered down indie... 1coat...

I adored this combo....muted but flashy, if that can happen, lol!

Below, you can see some mini-bar glitter that is silver holo. I would never have seen these. WHERE did she find those?? I don't like bar glitters, but the short ones are awesome! This was a hard one to remove...really-2 days is pushing it for me and I think I wore this one like 4-5 days... The only thing I need "get over" is my feeling that this needs to be worn with a blue or green because of the tiny turquoise blue glitters... (aren't they cute, though?!)

OK, all done-Awesome indie polish, but a little too dense for my fingernails...but I am wearing it on my toes over a turquoise frosty polish! My husband liked that one....but VERY flashy, especially over a frost.

Take care, enjoy your weather. Here, we went from 80F to SNOW overnight (like 2 inches!)...no kidding....but Fall is finally here and the cold has clamped down on the forest fires and the smoke is gone, YAY!
